Christmas Give Away Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This gift is provided by Bluebird Photo Studio (ABN 91 545 323 435]), to the selected winner of the promotion.

2. Eligibility

• Entry open to individuals aged 18 years or over
• Must be located in Sydney and near the Ryde area
• Must be in the Ryde District Mums Facebook group
• Must fulfil the entry conditions by 23 December (following both facebook and Instagram accounts of the photographer)

3. Prize Details

Winner will be announced on 23 December 2025.

• The prize includes:
  
  • 1 hour photoshoot
    
  • 12 edited images
    
• The prize:
  
  • Is not transferable
    
  • Is not redeemable for cash
    
  • Cannot be exchanged or rescheduled outside the stated conditions
    

4. Session Details

• The photoshoot is required to take place either during February or March
• Location: to be agreed, a park or a beach location outdoors
• Time of session: 1 hour prior to sunset
• The winner must be available during the stated timeframe
• Session date must be booked by end of January
• Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time or forfeiture of the session

5. Image Selection & Delivery

• Image selection can be made by the winner, once the online gallery is delivered usually 1-2 weeks of the photo shoot, but may be earlier.
• Final Edited images, edited in the preferred style of the photographer, will be delivered within 3 weeks of image selection by the winner.
• Unedited / RAW files are not provided

6. Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of the photographer
• This giveaway does not transfer ownership of images to the winner

7. Usage Licence to Winner

• The winner receives a personal-use licence only
• Images may be used for:
  • Personal printing
  • Personal social media (with photographer credit)
• Images may not be used for:
  • Commercial purposes
  • Advertising
  • Business promotion
  • Alteration, filters, or editing without written permission

8. Portfolio & Promotional Use

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the photographer permission to:

• Use images for:
  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social media
  • Marketing and promotional materials
    
• This permission is granted in perpetuity
• No compensation is payable for such use

9. Model Release (Minors)

• If children are photographed:
  
  • A parent or legal guardian must be present
  • A model release is deemed granted upon acceptance of the prize
    

10. Rescheduling & Cancellation

The session may be rescheduled by the photographer due to:

• Weather
• Illness
  

• Rescheduling by the winner is not permitted and would forfeit the prize, unless due to illness and accompanied by a doctor’s certificate.

11. Liability

• The photographer  is not responsible for:
  
  • Personal injury
    
  • Loss or damage during the session, except where required by law
    
• Participation is at the winner’s own risk

12. Acceptance of Terms

• Booking of photo session constitutes as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
  
• The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms if required
  

13. Other 

Image archival period (e.g. images stored for 6–12 months only)

• Extra images are available for purchase
